Shipping Information:

At VAGTEX.COM we offer Free Shipping on most of our items! Each prodcut that has free shipping has been indicated with a label .
If you see this label but do not get the free shipping option in the shopping cart, please contact with us and we will fix it immediately!  If there is no option for Free Shipping, you can calculate your standard shipping fee for any product by clicking on the "My Cart" link at the top right corner, or calculate it at the time of checkout. We work with multiple carriers,so you also will have the option of upgrading your shipping to a different service during the checkout process. If you select a different shipping method during checkout, your actual shipping cost may be higher. Each shipped item comes with a tracking number for your convenience!  USPS is our preferred carrier. USPS can ship packages to PO Boxes. A signature is not required upon delivery. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up. Delivery times vary by destination, and are not guaranteed. Tracking of packages has some limitations. You also may choose UPS for US orders only.  However, a signature may be required upon delivery (at the discretion of the UPS delivery driver and depending on your location). Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS. UPS does not accept PO Boxes for delivery! Package arrival dates are estimates, and are subject to exceptions.

US Customers:

We ship to:

  • Any residential address
  • Your place of business
  • Your repair shop
  • US territories and possessions

We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, PMB, FedEx or UPS locations unless it has been previously approved. 
For any of those cases, please contact us!

International Customers:

We ship to:

  • Your home address
  • We do not ship to hotels, motels, or resorts.
  • We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside
  •  the US!
  • Delivery to PO Boxes can be made only via the US Postal Service.
  • You can save and edit your shipping and billing addresses in the My Account section.

Missing, Defective, Damaged or Wrong Items:

Any Orders with any missing, defective, damaged or wrong items reported within two (2) days of shipment receipt!  If any ot these occur, please contact us !  Any Claims after that period will be not accepted! 

Return Information:

* All sales are final after 30 days from the date  the order was shipped!

* Please contact us before you return the item(s) to us!
* All Returns and Exchanges MUST be au
thorized by our Returns Department , which will provide you with a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

** All RETURNS will be accepted for any of the following reasons:
* Money will be refunded ONLY if the item is returned in the same condition as when sold, and has NOT been installed (Original Sale Condition)!
* Shipping and Handling fees are NOT refundable.
* Please Remember, after 30 Days all sales are final!

Here are the instructions for how to return your item:

Please include with your return an RMA #", your Name & Email address, and a description of the reason for the return. Please be sure to use the same name and email address that you used when you placed the order.

When we receive your return, our RETURNS INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT will check the item to be sure that it is the same item we sent you and that it is in the same condition as when shipped.   (Please remember that every one of our parts is marked and has its own number.)  In addition, if the part is not working, we will try to determine if it was damaged in shipping, or if it was improperly installed, or if it was defective before we sent it. 
 Your refund will not be processed until our investigation is completed.  At that time, you will receive a message advising you of the results. 

When you are returning the item, please make sure that it is packaged very well and cannot break during shippment. We are not responsible for damage to items which occurred during return shipment.  If the item is unusable, additional charges may result, or the entire refund may be forfeited.
